The investor will be asked to share

  • Legal Name

  • PAN

  • GSTIN (in case of entity)

  • Email address

  • Mobile number

  • Bank Account details for us to credit returns and withdrawal requests

2. Virtual Bank Account creation

The Tyke Wealth Virtual Bank Account will operate like a virtual wallet for all your transactions. Transfer money to this account to initiate your contribution to Wealth. This account will also be used to increase your contribution or withdraw from the programme.

3. Transfer money to virtual account

Tyke Wealth works on a weekly cycle beginning Monday, i.e. returns will be credited every Monday.

Contributions credited to your virtual account before 8 pm on any working day (i.e. Mon to Fri) will start accruing returns from the next working day. Else, the returns will start accruing from the subsequent working day (i.e. on T+2 basis)

4. Money parked with partners

Amounts will be transferred to our PA/PG Partners every working day by 8 am. These amounts are sent as individual transactions from the designated virtual accounts and there will be no pooling of funds at our end. Tyke will only act as a technology platform and as an intermediary.

5. Returns received end of week

The amount invested, along with returns accrued thereon, will be transferred by the partner to each of the designated virtual accounts (again no pooling of fund at partner's end)

The Partner will deduct TDS on the returns accrued, if applicable

The returns for the week, net of TDS, will be credited to your designated bank account.

6. Reinvest, top-up or withdraw

The investor can choose to allow the entire amount to be reinvested in the subsequent weekly cycle.

Apart from this, the investor can also choose to:

Increase Contribution by depositing additional funds

Withdraw Funds contributed; requests will be settled at the end of the weekly cycle, i.e. on Monday
